I want a plugin that allows cop to make someone wanted. Every time a criminal kills someone they should be added the wanted list. If they kill 5 people that reason for wanted should update to "x5 murder". It should do the same per every kill. Every time a criminal kills someone their Bounty amount should increase by $10,000. If a cop arrests the criminal they should get whatever the bounty amount was for. Only cops should be able to arrest criminals. If they kill the criminal they will get half of the bounty amount. There should be permissions to give to the police officers. The wanted list should reset after every server restart.

Commands:
/wanted list - view all wanted individuals - GUI shows all the heads of the wanted players.
/wanted add <players name> <reason>- It should broadcast to everyone that this person is now wanted.
/wanted remove <players name> - the ability to remove a wanted individual


Budget: 10-80, idk, price is 100% negotiable.
Time frame: a week
