Wanted: Someone to create custom server plugins

Hello! I have a Wild West server, that is fairly active, but I want to take it up a notch and really make it great, and to do that I need some seamless comprehensive plugins, and one or two that do special things.

This is going to take some work, but if you want to work with someone who communicates well, has a grand vision, and is willing to make it worth your while, please contact me!

I am a graphic designer, and would be happy to collaborate and share resources to create something great.

Here is what I basically need:
-A seamless transportation, messaging, spawn, warp, and home plugin.
- A customized protection plugin
-A customized horse management system
- A simple custom plugin for gold panning
-A seamless PVP management/scoreboard system
- A Jail/ticket/vote system

I am very familiar with plugins, and have tried pretty much all of them in these areas and non will work for what I need.
