Wanting Manager For Server

I'm looking for a manager for a new Minecraft server. It could be anything. I wish to first consult and then we decide if we like you.

What you will be doing

-Budget Planning
-Finding everything needed (Setups, builders, advertisements, gfx designers, etc)
-Finding the next possible hit server (Like how skyblock popped out of nowhere. Something like that)
*Requirements for the server*
-Able to make money
-Show proof why you think it will be a hit. Must be objective. No subjective like "Oh Factions will be great cuz I love factions" more like "Minecraft youtubers are moving to a more solo based farm game with human interaction but it is a competition for the best. This is why I think (Im gonna make up a game) FarmWars will be the most successful server."

Im planning on paying you with the server's monthly income, but if that isnt for you I can offer 50-80 bucks a month depending


What I require from you
-Gotta be chill. You need to be someone I can sit back and play GMod with lol
-Gotta know again MC Trends etc
-Gotta have hookups with youtubers
-Know how to properly budget and where to put money
-Gotta know how to run a server
