I specialize in hand drawn art if that's what you're looking for, but, seeing as I am currently unemployed, I would need to be paid money rather than exposure. If someone is going to be repeatedly creating stuff for you, expect for money to be wanted in return. However, I would be willing to create ONE avatar or other small piece of drawn art (say, a piece of a thumbnail or something) in return for just an annotation linking to my Twitter. You wouldn't even have to say anything about it. Unfortunately, that is all I can do for you.
If you are looking for GFX, I am not your guy, but I can easily and very cleanly do 2d design. With my knowledge and skills I can use 2d to make what is called isometric. 2d made to look 3d. Let me know if you're interested.
