Simply because if anyone joins cracked server that mean that he is 85% noob i once created a cracked server i got a playerbase of 25 they all dont know how to play the towny server xD

Mainly due to the fact that cracked servers revenue is SEVERELY decreased. Look at it this way, if they cannot afford to buy the game how can you expect them to afford donations, you will have a few that choose to play cracked so they can hack,but your either getting hackers or poor kids.
