Wanting to get a new computer!

Hello MCM, I am in the market for a new desktop. I never built one myself. Are there any decent pre built ones? My budget is $600 - $700. I know that is low but I do not have a lot of money. Thank you in advance for any replies. BTW!, this is just for the computer not the monitors or anything extra.
