Wanting to join a Graphics Company

Hello, My name is Kwaygen today I am looking to see if I can join a company that is needing Graphic designers of my skill. The reason I am looking to join a company is that ive been noticing that I have been getting lack of orders and I think if I can join a company that gets graphics requests occasionally I will improve a lot, I am mostly looking for a company that takes a fair amount of the money from each purchasement and pays us a fair amount for each purchasement.
