Wanting to make a faction server with someone.

Hi I'm CrypticArts,
I previously owned a server and realised I could not manage it on my own. I have simply wanted to make a quality faction server but had not had enough money to get a brilliant host with decent RAM. So I'm looking to see if anyone would like to make a server with me where we can pay the costs equally and develop a great server. This can be multiple people who are dedicated, had console experience etc, we can have discussions in Skype about what would happen.

I own my own server (dedicated) and personally think it's always better to start on your own. You don't know what some people are like. After being up for a month you always meet people who are a good fit for staff, from there you can promote them slowly letting off the pressure to other staff members. Eventually when you think you have found the right person you can talk about splitting costs. I find a lot of people with experience join new servers looking to help out, I'm sure you will come across some people.
