Wanting to start a video-hosting service like youtube, any suggestions?

Very dominated market to get into, I suggest adding something very unique if you plan on gaining popularity
So are you wanting to make something as good as YouTube, or even better?
If so, good luck. YouTube has been worked on for years by a lot of software developers, most likely a lot of which have experience with AI (AI is a whole different topic.) I’d assume a good majority of them are DevOps engineers too. One big reason why YT is so good is because of how good it’s search algorithm/recommendations are, another reason because there’s legit a video for anything on their site (which is the result of a very good AI that has probably been trained for years)
It’s definitely possible, but like I said, good luck. Start off small as possible and get bigger would be my only suggestion.
