(1/10) Familiar with aFreeze plugin? : 7/10 Only used it a few times but, I do believe I could get better!

Scenarios
1 • A player is caught hacking, and there are 3 other admins online, not AFK. What will you do?
I would first PM the admins, if they did not take action with in a few minutes I would temporarily ban the player until an administrator could help. Then I would let the admins take care of the situation

2 • You catch staff member hackings. What do you do?
I would record the video, monitor the member. If they were not an OP or admin I would temp-ban them and send a video to admins or the owner.

3 • A player is using hacks, and a player reports them. You teleport to them, and find them suspicious. What do you do?
I would follow them for a little amount of time while recording, if I felt that I had gotten enough proof or evidence I would ban the player and send admins the video.

Why should we choose you:
1, I want to help the players it may sound a little cheesy but its true. When a player first joins the server they're
looking for a safe and fun place to play. A nice community where they can have a peaceful chat. Some players like going
out of line and cussing in chat and using language not suitable for other players. I want to be there so players can feel
safe in the public chat. When a player joins the server they want to play and have fun. Some people will not let this happen and I want to help a extra step more so the player can have the best Warfine experience. I want the players to think "Hey this is a good nice server I think I might stay for a while" Sometimes players can be rude and sometimes they abuse the no staff online time. Now when not enough staff are online I notice some players just doing what they want whenever they want. Now I and I speak for a lot of people do not like that. Cause some players are nice during that time and the mean ones are disturbing the mood of the server.
I want to be there for all of those scenes. When players need staff the most I want to be there.
I think I'll make a great addition to a staff team.
2, Helping in general. When a new player joins they're looking for someone to guide them. Some players need more help
than others. When a player needs help I want them to come to me. I want them to know that if they need help there's. a staff
member online to help them. When staff are offline some players need help the most. Now I stay up a lot late at night and some staff cannot do the same. Now we have different time zones and some staff are sleeping when some staff are awake. I think that me being on in different time zones is another great factor of why I'll make a great addition to the staff team. Example when a European player comes on and needs staff I'll be there to help the person that needs help.
3, Being online. Some staff have different time zones then others. I like being online a lot playing minecraft if its either
just going on MC and looking at chat or just running around and still looking at chat. Even if I am not near a PC I can log
on with minechat and still show the same level of chat moderation. Being online a lot is another great factor of why I'll make a great addition. I can be online in different scenes. If I am offline its either cause I need to attend something personal. But most of the time I am either on pc or minechat. I always find a way to moderate the chat best and I think me finding all those ways and doing it is another great reason.
4, I am contactable mostly at any time. If its threw skype or any msg I can be contacted a lot. When a staff member needs me
or when other staff needs me they can contact me on Skype and I'll be on right away.
When the staff members need someone online they can always contact me and tell me to get online. If someone is hosting a event and need someone else to help I can help.

I can help the server by being actively concerned about player experience and dealing with cheaters. I am good at maintaining chat, I can handle reports well and keep toxicity away from the server. I can go on 4-6 hours daily (weekdays) generally longer on weekends/holidays. I would like to say I am more mature for my age and I do not get heated at people.

Past experience: I was Admin on MCHCF(mchcf.co), which closed due to the owner being a sellout, i also was going to run a hcf server so i am familiar with all of the hcf plugins.
Why should we choose you: I'm an experienced hcf moderator/admin and at the moment im not staff on any server, i really want to become a staff member of a server, something to commit myself to and this server looks really good.

Scenarios
1 • A player is caught hacking, and there are 3 other admins online, not AFK. What will you do? I would say in staffchat, or private message them to tp to me in vanish, so the player does not see the staff member and stops to hack, i would ask the admins on there opinion if the player was hacking, after taking there opinion into consideration i would then proceed to either ban or not ban the player.

2 • You catch staff member hackings. What do you do? Start to record, but let no hints to that staff member that i know there hacking, then i contact a higher staff member than the staff member that is hacking, tell him to teleport in vanish, therefore the higher staff member can demod the staff member who is hacking. If the staff member stops hacking, i will quickly upload the video that i recorded, and send it to the admin to review.

3 • A player is using hacks, and a player reports them. You teleport to them, and find them suspicious. What do you do? Keep watching until i have hardcore proof that they are hacking, until then i will continue to watch them, when i have solid proof ill ban them.
