Warm up plugin

Hello i need a warm up plugin where in the config i just put the command and cooldown and warm up pm me on skype if there's something like this or you can make this @ MrGeasy

How about booscooldowns?

i tried it i tested it and like id set the warm up and it wouldn't do anything after the warm up is complete and they had to log out and log back in to re use the command that didn't even work...
