Warn users for posting giveaways in marketplace categories

I've been seeing this way too much, smart asses will try to circumvent the system of giveaways by posting a thread of their giveaway in their respective category (such as hosting giveaways are being posted in the hosting section, not the giveaway section).

its getting annoying and they should get warned for doing their bs, only wanting clicks for their discords, websites, etc. We need to start regulating this more strictly

1.22 Do not post threads in the wrong forum/section.

Just report the content for breaking rule 1.22. A suggestion to warn people for something already against the rules is redundant.
