So basically my idea is this: If someone has a open scam report on them, they will have a "Warning" sign under their name, kind of like "Premium".

This Warning label would be there until the Scam Report is resolved, maybe Scam Report Staff could have access to the Warning label setting, so they can modify it if needed. The Warning label could work the same way with the report button (Read below to know who can apply/recommend a Warning label for people)

Why have a Warning label? It'd be a great way to show people to either stay away from that person until furher notice, or just to be extra careful. This would also possibly prevent quite a few scams.

I think of this as kind of a limbo between Banned and Unbanned.

Any feedback, responses, or agree/disagreements are welcome.

edit: Also, only people with high rep can start a Warning label Scam Report, this would prevent abuse. (Maybe 250+ rep) (IPv420 came up with the idea of the rep being 250+)

Unfortunately, far to easy to abuse. Just having a label like that does more damage than you'd think.

True. I was thinking only the people with above 250+ rep cohld start a Warning label Scam Report.
