Warning next to person's name if they have a open scam report

Not sure if anyone has suggested this or if there is a system for this but I think you should add a system so if there is a scam report open on a user you put a warning next to the user's name so people can beware of that user. Just so people can be aware that user may be scamming because the rep system might not work out if that user has a lot of reputation people may disregard the negative rep if it's a small amount.

Been suggested almost as many times as adding a MC-Market app has. Users are innocent until proven guilty by a scam report so it is not our place to hinder someones ability to do a deal when a scam report is made against them.
