It doesn't matter, if you bought it from a scammer. I still have the full rights to tell you to not use it, and you keep denying it. I've told you that you should try to chargeback the money or contact your bank about this.

I am also one of the builders of the StaticVortex map (spawn,mines,shop,warps etc.) and I definitely don't want my (and my friends) work copied on other servers. If your unskilled to build anything or create your own unique server then I recommend not to even try. I hope this get fixed by UntouchedOdin0 as soon as possible...

The user in this warning clearly possesses an underdeveloped thought process or is just seriously immature. I'd just keep this up for the community to see who he truly is. There's really no negotiating to be done, he stole your server which in return makes him a scumbag.
