Warning points for chargebacks.

Users should be issued warning points for issuing a chargeback on paypal. Currently a user has issued one against me however ive been fighting his claim and made a scam report against him, So if I win the claim nothing happens to the user, If I lose the case the user will have a chance to payback without anything happening...

Charing back after receiving the product is fruad. (Scamming). If it can be proven just make a scam report and remove the user from the community

Yes I have made a scam report and the user has admitted to charging back but also said that they are going to refund so nothing will happen to him..

So I went through the hassle of fighting the case for nothing and filling out a scam report.

The only issue is if it can be proved that the chargeback was issued for a valid reason (product not complete, etc.). This is why a scam report is used.

That could be a vaild point I guess so after the scam report then they should be issued the warning

If a person falsely charges back and loses it then its scamming and he should be banned lol, not just "warning points"

If you provide sufficient evidence that the chargeback isn't deserved and that he's trying to run away with your money, then yes it could be considered scamming which is not tolerated on this website under any circumstances, doing so would directly result in a ban. Of course the situation has to be resolved in the scam report to judge...

I agree. If someone is trying to chargeback on your resource then please report them in the form of a scam report and they'll be banned for it.
