Warzone claiming HCF

I am using Notorius for my core and mango for my hcf plugin and I was wondering if you know how to claim warzone as you can not claim over another claim so if I claim warzone I cant claim spawn over it, does anyone know how to?

For hcf it all relies on WorldGuard for the warzone :/
