Warzone Plus Small Improvements

I am looking for someone to add a warzone to a current spawn that I own. Additionally, I would like the same person to "spice up" the current spawn that I have with some tweaks and special touches to make it look better.

Please have a portfolio to show me some of your previous work. You must also have a good standing in the community in order to ensure that I am not getting ripped off or have my spawn stolen.
