Was charged back on my server

Someone charged back their rank on my server, how do I dispute it? like what do i say

I have not got my rank I bought for 15$ yet ON BeaverCraft they scammed me and I would love to get my money back! they are cheating people and need punished so I would Love to charge back

"Hello, your rank was credited to you, when purchasing/donating you agree to our TOS", then paste the tos, ect..

Ban them for 1. Your ToS should include a statement saying any chargebacks result in a ban, no questions asked. Show you tos, the virtual item they bought, and any notes between you two mentioning the payment to paypal

Alright thats a simple one haha. Helps if you have payment proof too.

Go ahead and say... Hello (name), you are making a false claim saying that you did not receive your rank on my server when you clearly did. It says on my buycraft that you have bought (rank name) for $?. (insert payment proof here).

You could add a little more if you want to.

I don't want to deal directly with the user because I just feel it would take forever for me to get my money. Is it a bad idea to escalate to paypal immediately?
