Alright so thanks to mojang support
my account was restored to my email and
I have full access to it again.
The scammer didnt get the TID
nor any other account info and
didnt play on any servers
as far as i know.​

you're not quite up to date: When I first got it I sold it to Projecki for REALLY cheap but then I realised that I kinda fucked up by selling it so cheap and since Projecki is such a nice guy he let me buy it back for just a little bit more
