Serverwave is growing, and we’re looking for a Support Agent to help us deliver fast, helpful, and reliable support to our users.
We’re looking for someone who does more than just answer tickets. We want someone who can understand problems, communicate clearly, and help create a support experience that people actually feel good about.
No previous experience required.
What you’ll be responsible for
Assisting customers with questions, issues, and general support requests
Troubleshooting common problems in a clear and effective way
Helping users understand features, settings, and how to use the platform
Escalating more technical or complex issues when needed
Contributing to a positive, professional, and helpful support experience
What we’re looking for
Strong communication skills
Patience and a helpful attitude
Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with issues
Good problem-solving skills
Experience with customer support is a plus
Interest in gaming, hosting, or tech is preferred
