Pretty sure they are listing them as examples of what type of quality they expect for the people they want to hire. They are not claiming to actually own the artwork listed.

Microsoft makes millions, tho the employees that code it make way less. Providing contacts and a job isn’t easy for most people, that’s how our enterprise work. I always found funny such rates, the artist is practically doing all the work and all you guys do if "find clients" or whatever.
So if I do a 300$ commission, you guys are taking 45$ from my cut. How is that even fair?

Pretty sure anyone could hop on reddit, grab a $1000 request and then demand $150 for someone else to do all the work
