1. Web-Developers:

• 85% per commissions
• Needs to do a website (can be sold as premade) to prove their skills and deadlines performances.
• Needs to have +10 reputation on MC-Market

2. Hand-Drawn designers:

• 85% per commissions
• Needs to have an extensive portfolio
• Needs to be able to do one of these:

1. Mascot Logo (example: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1...-8146-cbec1ccdc56a_1024x1024.jpg?v=1504213406)
2. Server logos - Text (example: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/LDAMWOsdHlw/maxresdefault.jpg)
3. Server logos - Image (example: https://i.imgur.com/ZrFAdIf.png)

• Needs to have +15 reputation on MC-Market

3. Java Developers:

• 85% per commissions
• Needs to have an extensive portfolio
• Needs to be able to do a (small) mini-game plugin in under 5 days (spleef, kit arena, etc..). Once completed you can sell it as premade.

4. Sales representative:

• 10% per commission
• Needs to be able to bring 7 commissions minimum per week.
• No portfolio required.

Sir. I have been in the marketplace for now about 1 year and a half. I have been working and owning the best companies here. My responses seemed immature because the question was itself not on any relation to the thread. this is a recruitment thread, not somewhere you can comment your ideas.
