Our aim is to create a long-term project with possibilities to scale in all directions.
We are looking for a co-owner who has experience with leading people and managing server.
A bit about us:
- SkyBlock server (other types are in the process)
- Team of 15 people
Requirements:
-Experience to lead the team and show an example of how work has to be done
-Provide team with tasks and explain how it should be done
-Experience and evidence for the past work you have done
-Enthusiasm to engage with the server team members to help create the best community for all players
-A good online time
-Mature, however, we will consider anyone who acts like an adult
-Willingness to take full responsibility for the role and lead others when necessary
-Soft skills (communication, problem-solving, acting as a team player etc.)
-Technical (server setup/config, website, web-store etc.)
