Web based name sniper

I'm on a fairly low budget and would like a web based name sniper for Minecraft.

It should be able to queue as many snipes as I would like, and should calibrate itself every minute.

The sniper would be running on a VPS, which runs Ubuntu 14.04

Name your price, and which language the actual sniper would be done in.
