XenForo, MyBB, NamelessMC, NodeBB, Invision Power, Enjin, VanillaForums, and custom to name a few.

I would say if you're low on the budget then use NamelessMC or Enjin.
If you got a good budget then go with XenForo. That's what many servers use including Hypixel and HiveMC!
