I'm a bit slow when it comes to this.

I need a website with a Menu on the top where my Logo is in the center with two
pages on each side.

Home Partners (Logo) Contacts Store

Home must have an an "About Us" section. A "Reviews" section and 6 advertisement slots.

Partners must have at least 12 area's where we can list things about other area's that are partnering with us.

Contacts must have my skype discord and email.

Store I need 4 sections. Designs - Builds - Templates - Plugins
Each one must have an Exclusive section and a Non-Exclusive section.
And I need to be able to list it as either or and how many sales each can have and the price for the item.

AND I need to know if a designer will put the website on a host for us or how all of that works
