The idea of the website is pretty simple. It will be a website for minecraft artists / designers to find customers. There will be user accounts for designers and customers.

Designers will be able to upload a portfolio as well as what they're able to create (Thumbnails, Banners, Intro's etc.)

Customers will be asked to answer around 10 questions for what design they want, Using information from the site it will show a list of designers that fit what the customer is looking for as well as what they charge. Be able to contact them and see there portfolios etc, All communication would be through the site and money would be held until both the seller and buyer agree that the transaction is complete.

There will also be a referral system in place amongst other things like a Top 20 section for highest quality designers for there price etc.

The website will serve as a median for graphic designers and customers to meet. And have a scam free experience. The incentive being it will be a place purely for minecraft graphics. I would handle all the advertising etc + the referral systems i have ideas for would bring in a lot of people as well. (My cut of all transactions on the website would be 5%)

There's a little bit more but this is the main idea, I already have a domain + hosting I bought from namecheap

I'm looking for a team preferably that is able to do this. I expect full back in development as well as web design and if able graphics for a logo and any other needed components as well.
