What lessons are you looking for and what can YouTube not provide you with?

Usually you'd want to seek a mentor to give advice and guidance though for learning the basics of web development such as HTML and CSS I recommend watching free tutorials by Brad Traversy or Gary Simon on YouTube.

Coding or designing you can decide.
Usually you can find a hundreds of tutorials on Udemy for like $10, or Youtube, W3school, codepen, codeacademy

Use codeacademy to learn basics and then w3school and codepen to explore more around it.

Its better if you research more and explore a ton more if you can’t find any help the mcm developers are always here to guide learners!
