Way too funny. You're wanting a designer to make a full site for something that equates to about $10? Cute. If you want someone to actually make you a quality website real payment is usually a must. Also, almost every web designer already has web hosting due to portfolios.
Doesn't mean anything, it's still not worth it. $10 for 3 pages and a few hours if they take their time? It's just a waste of talent.
I wouldn't personally waste my time, maybe someone else would. Web hosting is worth nothing to 90% of legitimate designers and developers.
