I need someone to design my portfolio page, with PSD if possible. The design would have a section for header and description of my services on top, and after that a section for past projects. I want the style to be minimalistic and to use minimal amount of different colors.
I do not have a budget as I don't know how much people usually charge for this, so tell me quotes if you're up for it.
