I'm looking for a website designer that is able to make me a design for my windows usb's site. I currently mainly sell on ebay and looking to expand more.

I don't really have an idea however, it needs to aim at sales.

I will need a home page.
This page will be what the customer first sees. It must contain information about the usbs a picture and statistics and facts about the usb.

I will need a purchase page.

register page.

Budget about $20-25 varies.

I don't really have an idea on how I would like the site to look however, again it needs to look clean and professional.

I can do this with an exception of using an API like Shoppy which doesn't take a transaction fee if you're interested. If you're asking for a custom backend, the budget is way too low.
