Web Designer - One page - High Budget

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to design a home page for a website im builing. I've tried various ideas but cant find something I like, therefore im looking for someone to design the page for me. I have quite a number of requirments for the page, which i will discuss with the person i choose for the job.

Im looking for someone with:

• A decent sized portfolio.
• Very high quality (I am more likely to go with quality over price).
• Able to complete the design in a reasonable timespan (5 days or under, (sooner the better))
• Able to make multiple changes to the design until its right.
• Some experience with UX (Dark) designs.

My budget for this depends on who I hire to do this, but fairly high, considering its just a one page design.

Im not looking for someone to code the page, just design it.

Create a design of what the website will look like (Layout etc) in a program like Photoshop. A design that a web developer can then use to code a site based on that design.
