However, this user is requesting a PSD design made in Photoshop, which I do not offer. I offer web design and development done by coding it from scratch. I actually should probably invest in even buying Photoshop soon because I don't even have it.

I don't think he is accepting orders as of now.

This is also true at the moment. I'm not currently accepting orders due to my revamp that I'm currently working on. I wish this user the best of luck though with finding a designer!
