Im looking for someone highly experienced with web development and talented with HTML etc. This is a rather long term project with a extremely high payout reward I do not want to reveal info on what you will need to do until you're willing to apply over discord. My reasoning for this would be purely the fact that if I revealed this there would surely be someone to claim this idea for there own. ONLY DEALING WITH +10 REP.

When u look for web designers, you want to either contact someone who can design using photoshop, illustrator and all and have high experience in CSS. I would suggest also getting a graphic designer/illustrator to work on this project unless the web designer is doing this for you
