Thats what i use to make websites which is called Xenforo. It is a 200$ Monthly website host I will give completely free all you will have to do is pay for the domain and the host every month which domain should be .88 cents a year!Host is $7 A month. If interested please send me a message.

Not to be rude but I personally don't think u have much experience with website developing because that website is amazing/very well coded (PHP/HTML) I also am the creator of Pika's Website! I have been a website dev for a good 6-7 Years now, Years of online schooling learning, 2 years of college. So I'm pretty well prepared. I have a re sellers licenses. Also I understand no one will probably due to my reputation level, But its still worth the shot.

I was more talking about the overall design, the color scheme you're using doesn't compliment the other colors not to mention it looks terribly ugly to have all of your text centered, have a look at my site and compare it to yours: http://www.blockode.net/ that is what a well coded and designed site looks like, not to be rude.

I can make the same exact website as i am seeing. But i will admit it is a great looking website. I have just started working on mine haven't even really went full out on it! Cool man, just trying to give you some advice, there's also the rule of thirds. One third images, one third text and one third blank space, it's a good technique for developing websites.

Well I wouldn't know because Xenforo is shit for building sites, building forums it's good but not websites.
