Hi, I need a web dev for a huge project.

You won't be paid since it's a partner-partner job. I need somebody who has experience with a lot of html things.
Don't tag 1amdev since he requests a payment, and I'm not paying so yeah.

I'm explaining the project in a PM
I need a dev who's willing to work *FULL-TIME AND DEDICATE THEIR TIME TO THIS PROJECT*
All the devs I've exed work with will not dedicate.

This is a HUGE project.

Honestly OP should get his funds up, this site is the last place you will find developers that will put aside a load of time they could just be getting paid for instead.
