Web Developer/Designer for Xenforo and more

I'm in need of a web developer/designer for my website. My site currently only uses xenforo but I'm wanting to integrate custom things such as a news page, Tebex, boxes with text that drops down and more. Here's an example below of something similar to what I'm looking for.
