I believe the point they are trying to make is that you are claiming to be a front end developer while not even creating your own portfolio site.

Whos got time for that when you have e.g. 3-4 bootstrap websites to work on and dont give a shit about what people think about portfolios? Portfolio is just a simple website that has your bio attached to it and a way to contact. "My own" portfolio site.. cant laugh no more as websites arent compiled or encrypted, so dont give a shit.

I can copy and create websites however I want. Do not agree with that? Sue me.

Are you kidding me? A portfolio is like handing your CV to a job interviewer. It should be your own. It and it alone is going to decide whether you get a job or not.

In your terms: Getting a job would be doing some Minecraft website for someone and being paid for it.
In my terms: I am contractually obligated to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, in an office developing websites within a company with >500 employees.

That is a job; however I do create websites.. but homemade websites, alone, 3-4 hours a day, so its not really a job; I used to get good grades in school and from that I was receiving "high" amount of money each month from my dad, does that mean I had a job?

Obviously fucking not, that's pocket money. What are you getting at? Back to the point. Your portfolio is the main place someone that might hire you to do a website will decide whether they want to hire you or not and using a template won't convince them that you can design, also, PHP is back end, not front end.

I swear to God that web devs on here are some of the most hostile people.

I'm not saying you can't use a template but it sure as hell ruins your image if you don't spend a few hours creating a nice presentation for yourself. If you can't understand that basic fact I have no idea what you're doing in trying to manage the image of other businesses/servers.
