For setting up xenforo, You need to buy a license that cost around 140$

Unfortunately, I have already talked to the user and we could not work out a deal. He cannot afford a XenForo license yet. He would need a nulled version setup or another type of software which I do not offer. I wish the best of luck to him and his website
