Why would anyone hire you, when you cant even add the basic info to the thread, like everyone else does? Most people will just move on to a thread where the poster has taken the time to list his / her skills, prices, portfolio etc.

I have contacted with him, He said that his budget is 10$ I made a change profile image system and we agreed that he will pay me when I have finished it, so he explained me that this is for a company and when I have finished the work he said me that now he is not in the company so he do not need it. If you contact with this person say him that pay first before you do something.
