I now need someone to translate it to a working website, I already got a domain.

Also, when you enter the website, I would like to have my logo there with a black background, and after 2 seconds it moves to the home page.

Same here, waste of my time; created a website from scratch using bootstrap, he didn't like the design so I went with another kind of a design, he liked it but still hasn't replied. Looks like an idiot wasting everyones' time.

That's rude of him to do. You guys need terms of service and agreements so you can report the dude.
