I am a web developer which will make websites but i will not get it online for you i just make the template and you can post it online your way. I know CSS, HTML, and some JQuery! Prices depend on the project itself. Contact me here for more information about this!
I took screen shots of my work, i will put the code for each one of them depending on the name of the file.

Perhaps use hastebin.com or pastebin.com or even plain spoilers so you're not flooding your OP with code.

Alright, I'm going to be straight with you because I think you could use the criticism this early on before it's too late. (I know you're only 12). From the screenshots you provided.. http://www.mc-market.org/attachments/13631/ < That for example, does not look like a website in any way shape or form. It looks like you have literally just shoved some html together and changed a few colours in 10 minutes. There is no real attempt at proper styling in any of your designs and to be frank, they look terrible. Sorry for the harsh words, but I think it's better if you find out sooner rather than later.

Now for some friendly advice :) Try to stick to two main colours in your designs. In your hive design, there's yellow, orange, grey , black, blue. Too many colours just clash together and just end up looking generally cluttered. Try to use a different font rather than the default Times New Roman. You can use the style property font-family: to do this, you can look here http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_websafe_fonts.asp to find a list of web safe fonts to use in your designs, if used in the right way, they can really add something to your site. Also, try to keep everything in column's. It can really look great and helps keep all of your content organised.

Good luck!
