Your "temp" website which you use to advertise lovecode needs a lot of work doing. I've tried to be helpful by creating this list of issues which you can give to your huge development team to get swift fixes released (this list is in no specific order).

This image is a snippet from their recruiting.html page. This is not how you create a list in HTML. The <li> tag is meant to be used when surrounded by <ul> or <ol> tags.

The <dir> tag is obsolete.

Images should have the alt attribute.

The <a> tag should be on the inside of the <li> tag.

There's much more stuff I could have included in this post but I'll let your team of 10 developers find and fix everything (shouldn't take long with that many people).

Lovecode seem like nice guys but extensive proof has been posted that these guys use templates in production.
