I have learned web development in past but I am wanting to start doing it for money/professionaly. I am seeking for suggestions on course that specialises in modern web development(animations, clean layouts, clean design etc...)

Glad you are here. I would suggest you learn the following modern Web Designing frameworks. As you mentioned above "animations, clean layouts, clean design etc...", so I am assuming that you are into front-end development. Try learning the following Frameworks or at least have basic knowledge about them, so that you can achieve what you are actually looking for.:

• Montage
• Gumby
• Skeleton
• Pure
