Okay, why are you lying about your experience?

You are 16 years of age, so you was 11 years old when you started development?

You can't have been 12 when you learnt PHP.

Learning website development at that age would be very tricky unless you had a 1:1 tutor.

Alot of people are able to do this? Just because not everyone can, doesn't mean certain people can't. How do you know, he might have been watching tutorials, doing coding courses online, etc. There is no reason to say someone is lying without proof, also how do you know that his parents couldn't have possibly been in the field and helped him learn. The reasons people judge so quick.

Honestly, You cant call it a lie unless you have solid proof that they are. I for one support Severingcastle8! I can comfortably say that at the age of 11, it is very possible for him to learn any sort of frontend and backend framework. Personally I learned how to use node.js and php at the age of 13. So please don't judge people based on first appearance. In tech anything is possible.

I actually have been doing frontend web development since I was 11. I started out with doing a simple website for my minecrsft server and I actually liked doing html, css so I continued to do it for other projects and school projects. And when I was 11 and 12 I had paid for some courses for learning frontend. Then when I was 12 almost 13 I started to get into PHP, and discord bot development cause I thought it was cool and it didn't seam to complex to do. I've always been interested in technology even before I had my first computer. And I know multiple people who where the same age as me when they started to make websites, etc.

Super weird for someone to doubt your capabilities as a developer just because they can't fathom themselves accomplishing the same thing you did. From one developer to another, keep at it buddy!
