Web-Development Needed!

Hey yall! I really need a web-developer for some sort of marketplace. I have a Xenforo website, but I feel like it doesn't really fit well. I'm looking for something more like [Censored]'s Market Place website. I can provide hosting, MySQL, and any resources needed. I preferably want this in HTML if possible, but I can make php work as well. Although this isn't a paid position, (I know many of you won't consider now that Ive mentioned that) but I can pay you back later on, or offer something else such as services, video advertisement, discord bot / server roles. I know this doesn't mean much, but this would really help me. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.
