Need some guidance regarding what program I should use for web developing. I currently use dreamweaver however, I have been advised to use bracket or most online coding sites.

Thanks.

As far as I have heard that is good for HTML? Correct me if I am wrong, any ideas for CSS etc? Thanks.
It supports many languages, only two of them being HTML and CSS.

For web design, Brackets
For web development, Brackets or Sublime

IMO notepad++ is best for Css and html and they have many plugins to help you correct any misspelt content or indenting, basically any type of plugin that could help you while coding a website up.

I use brackets for everything related to text editing. It's my favorite for HTML and CSS.
