No portfolio due to my pc rest but I’m willing to go first, I get some stuff done on the web. You pay half then I get all web done and you pay the rest. Then I send the files!

Doesn't sound like going first to me. Plus, how can you prove that you don't use some webpage builder like Wix or Wordpress (since a lot of people do this)?

I’ll use HTML, from sketch and will do what you want! I mean I go first, when I get some stuff done on the web. You pay 50%, when site gets all done you pay the rest!
