Web hosting for a small server

Hey guys! Well, i just want to read your opininon about what do you think is the best web hosting company to use for making a page for my kitpvp server and if possible, a forum page too, but i mean, a not so complex one, with basic functions like showing server information, amount of players online, etc.
I have been searching for some hours but still can not decide :(

Not quite a "web hosting company" but a Content Management System that is hosted for free-I think that's more of what you're wanting. :) If you ever get the money, Xenforo is a nice software, Mc-Market uses it.

There's http://shivtr.com but I wouldn't recommend it.

I always use SpartanHost to host my projects. Their cheapest web plan is $1.50 and it comes with a bunch of necessary things. Such as MySQL databases or DnS management, etc. As far as the actual website I could help you set it up for relatively cheap. This website is one I setup for a client of mine and it is fairly close to what your asking. Anyways, good luck!
